Our Pricing
Although in recent years there has been a rise in “factory”conveyancing which promises the world for a fixed fee. We believe that our extensive returning client base proves, as with many other things in life, the cheapest option is not always the best choice. By the same token there is understandably a fear of being ‘ripped off’ when visiting a solicitor. With so many charges and outlays involved in different types of work, it’s difficult to know what is a reasonable comparison. That’s why throughout the process we are committed to being clear and transparent.
